• Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Lead and coach a team focused on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Own the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and strategic planning.
• Partner with customers, stakeholders, and team members to create long-term value and lasting relationships.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify market opportunities and execute growth initiatives that strengthen the business's competitive position.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, sales, business development, branch management, or profit center management.
• Proven success driving revenue growth and managing business performance.
• Experience managing budgets, financial goals, and key performance indicators.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and drive results.
• Experience in service‑based, construction, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, facility services, or related industries is preferred but not required.
