Lead strategic initiatives to scale operations, enhance controls, and improve efficiency across multiple regions.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.

Implement scalable solutions supporting business growth and regulatory compliance.

Drive transformation projects, including automation, system integration, and workflow optimization.

Manage global teams, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and performance reviews.

Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-risk transactions.

Contribute to strategic direction through active participation in governance committees and initiatives.

Senior Vice President of Loan Operations

Key Responsibilities & Duties Lead global loan operations teams handling trade capture, funding, reconciliations, and lifecycle events.

Define and execute strategies to scale operations and enhance controls.

Ensure governance oversight of workflows, system transitions, and issue resolution processes.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in loan operations, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

Deep understanding of syndicated loans, private credit, and bilateral lending processes.

Proven track record of managing global teams and driving operational improvements.

Strong project management skills and experience with system implementations.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with automation tools and systems like Aexeo, Sentry, and Citco Recs.

Ability to contribute to strategic direction through governance committees and initiatives.
