• This position is responsible for and works with production personnel to meet set objectives for their assigned production lines in the areas of safety, quality, reliability, and scrap.
• Additionally, this position is responsible for performing, monitoring and evaluating preventative maintenance plans for assigned lines and continually working towards improving equipment and processes.
• Maintain and repair industrial equipment such as conveyor systems, palletizers, and vision systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and other industrial automation equipment.
• Utilize mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment to ensure minimal downtime.

• Troubleshoot and Repair High Speed Filling and Packaging Equipment.
• Support all Production needs as necessary including operating equipment, relieving breaks and lunches, and leading and assisting on line changeovers.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment such as fillers, case packers, conveyor systems, palletizers, water purification/filtration systems and other production equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance on Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and conveyor systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair Palletizers and Vision Systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs and other industrial automation equipment.
• Utilize mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills to keep equipment operational.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.

• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Conveyor Systems.
• Knowledge of Palletizers and Vision Systems.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
