Position:
Metal Finisher
Company Profile: Holly Hunt is known for style and quality in custom-made furniture.
Position Overview: Performs finishing/patina on metal parts from pre-prepared components.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Finish components according to production schedule.
- Meet product specifications and color matching standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Accurately maintain timesheets.
- Follow all company policies and practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with metal finishing techniques such as patina, toning, and top coating.
- Ability to read and understand mixing specifications.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication skills across organizational levels.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or demonstrated performance experience.
