Base pay range$20.00/hr – $35.00/hr

Job SummaryWe seek top-tier, multi-craft industrial operations personnel ready to dive into the trenches. Are you an ace at operating and setting up industrial equipment? Do you strive for obsessive safety, cleanliness, and organization—ensuring tools are stowed and work areas are spotless? We need battle-hardened operators to support our high-volume, highly automated steel parts factory. With 5+ years of heavy industrial experience, you will execute data-driven production, uphold safety protocols, and keep our defense-critical operations running with unyielding efficiency.

- Show a deep commitment to safe behavior for yourself and your teammates using all needed personal protective equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and performing lock‑out/tag‑out activities as required.
- Operate various types of heavy industrial machinery in a high-volume production environment, including robots, cranes, saws, forges, CNC machines, welders, heat‑treat ovens, painting/coating systems, and automated inspection equipment.
- Use electronic and manual systems to track production, perform quality inspections, and set up machine parameters and production jobs.
- Perform periodic machine upkeep tasks, including cleaning, adjusting, and tooling setup as needed.
- Participate in troubleshooting and optimization activities in an operator‑centric, lean manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility by cross‑training for multiple processes and tasks across the factory.
- Understanding of basic mechanical and electrical system operations.
- Adaptability to a flexible work schedule, including night shifts and compressed work weeks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to wear required PPE and work in hazardous areas, including discernment of audible alarms.
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for 12+ hours per day, lift 50 lbs. regularly, and climb ladders/stairs.
- College/technical school or equivalent work experience (applicable documented training and/or certifications are a plus).
- Ability to read and understand SOPs.
- Experience operating forklifts.
You will be on the front lines in our manufacturing facility—noise, machinery, and occasional travel for supplier missions or equipment assessments.
