EssentialJob Duties
- Monitor rolling machine operations for safety and product quality.
- Set up required utensils and stations for the rolling line.
- Uniformly place wrappers on the platform for automatic filling.
- Perform quality checks at the end of the roller to prevent product damage.
- Conduct mid-shift cleaning, pre-sanitation, and equipment washing upon completion.
- Cross-train in other departments to provide fill-in coverage when needed.
- Immediately report any equipment, food safety, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with sanitation tasks including sweeping, washing trays and carts, cleaning the conveyor, squeegeeing floors, and managing garbage disposal.
- Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- High School Diploma or GED; one to two years of relevant experience.
- Background in the Food and Beverage industry.
- English language proficiency.
This is an active manufacturing role requiring access to all workstation equipment and production areas. Candidates must be comfortable with the following physical demands:
- Standing, walking, kneeling, and bending for virtually the entire shift.
- Frequent lifting, bending, and twisting (up to 30 lbs for daily tasks; up to 50 lbs frequently).
- Occasional balancing or climbing.
- Exposure to airborne particles in a production setting.
This full-time position offers an hourly rate of USD $15.00 per hour
