Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Duties
  • Assemble customer kits by accurately combining documents, components, and products according to specifications.
  • Work at a designated kitting station while following detailed work instructions and quality standards.
  • Communicate with the Kitting Coordinator and Table Lead to ensure production requirements are met.
  • Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and productivity while completing assigned kitting projects.
  • Assist team members with production tasks as workload demands.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and increase productivity.
  • Inspect completed kits for accuracy and completeness before packaging or shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Perform additional production, packaging, or facility duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in kitting, assembly, production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive work ethic required.
  • Flexibility to assist in multiple production areas and work additional hours when needed.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull parts, containers, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely use carts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as required.
  • Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments.
