Large Assembly

South Dallas Area Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Action Group Staffing is seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Large and Small Assemblers for a manufacturing opportunity in the South Dallas area. These positions are responsible for assembling components and equipment according to work orders and drawings while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.
Candidates should be comfortable working with their hands, using hand and power tools, and following detailed assembly instructions in a manufacturing environment.
Large AssemblyLarge Assemblers will focus on assembling larger equipment and mechanical components into completed units.
Responsibilities includeAssemble larger mechanical components and equipment according to drawings and work orders
Position, align, fit, and secure components during the assembly process
Use a variety of hand and power tools
Assist with moving and positioning components during assembly
Verify components are installed correctly before completion
Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
Complete required production documentation
Maintain a clean and safe production area
Work closely with other production team members to complete assemblies on schedule
Previous assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or production experience preferred
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to read and follow work orders, drawings, and written instructions
Good mechanical aptitude
Ability to perform hands‑on work throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
Must be able to meet required pre-employment screening requirements
We are looking for individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a hands‑on manufacturing environment. Candidates with previous equipment assembly, mechanical assembly, construction, fabrication, or similar experience are encouraged to apply.
