Fastener Manufacturing / Industrial Production LINK Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturer of threaded fasteners and custom metal products used in the industrial and construction industries. This company specializes in metal fabrication, threading, stamping, and distribution, and offers a stable work environment with opportunities for long-term employment. Schedule & Pay Monday – Friday6:00 AM – 2:30 PMSomeSaturdays may be required
Mandatory overtime as needed $20.00 per hour
Temp-to-Hire
Operate a mechanical punch press to manufacture metal parts
Load raw materials into the machine
Run production while monitoring machine performance
Remove finished products from the press
Perform visual quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
Use a measuring tape to verify dimensions
Follow production schedules and safety procedures
Keep the work area clean and organized
Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors
Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Previous heavy industrial or manufacturing experience preferred but NOT REQUIRED Must know how to use a measuring tape Ability to lift up to50 lbs throughout the shift
Must be dependable and able to work overtime when required
Steel-toe work boots are required
Safety glasses and hearing protection are required
Hot manufacturing facility
Fast-paced industrial production setting
