- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing setting.
- 3+ years supervising teams in pharma, food, or regulated manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of cGMP and clean-room / controlled-area operations.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving ability.
