Fortrex is seeking a meticulous Food Safety Sanitor to join our team as Lead Person, directing the sanitation crew within a plant area and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety in food production. You will assist the training team and support the supervisor while ensuring procedures meet QA and USDA standards.
The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a wet, hot, or cold environment while wearing PPE. Night shifts from 10:00pm to 07:00am are common.
