Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Electrical Assembly / Packing Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience assembling electrical components, using hand tools, following work instructions, and preparing finished products for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and subassemblies according to work instructions.
• Use hand tools and production equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Follow assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and bills of material as required.
• Inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Pack, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards.

Requirements

• Previous electrical assembly, manufacturing, or packing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic assembly techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.

Pay

$18.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
