The Rollem Lead directs operations in the Rollem area, where sheets are fed into precision cutters to produce individual cards. The role ensures throughput, accuracy, and product quality while maintaining safety and eSiciency.

• Supervise all Rollem operators and coordinate daily production.
• Ensure correct machine setup, cut alignment, and blade maintenance.
• Review production metrics and minimize material waste.
• Train staS in cutting operations and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams for continuous improvement.

• 4–6 years experience in cutting or converting operations.
• Proven leadership in a high-speed production setting.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude.

• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to sharp tools, moving equipment, and moderate noise.
