WhoYou Will Be Working With
The Social team is a dynamic group of strategists and media experts passionate about pushing the boundaries of paid social advertising. We collaborate daily with PMG’s media, creative, and technology teams to craft innovative full‑funnel marketing solutions. Together we support iconic brands, drive digital performance, uncover new opportunities, and deliver exceptional results. WhatYou Will Do
- Drive the success of paid social strategy, innovation, and performance for PMG's client brands.
- Lead social media strategy across major brands, managing annual budgets, and directionally managing the social team across multiple accounts.
- Enhance client insights through ingestion and aggregation of data into functional dashboards for streamlined analysis.
- Develop and execute international media plans across B2B and B2C products, including strategic planning and marketing activations for Nordic markets (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland).
- Lead competitive assessments of international markets in the EU and UK and develop channel strategies to be implemented globally.
- Develop best practices within multiple digital media channels, including media planning, campaign set‑up, traffic, budgeting, and reporting insights.
- Lead creative strategies encompassing influencer, brand, and business‑as‑usual creative production, advising on investment strategies for marketing and media campaigns.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Strategic Communication, Public Relations, or related field and at least two (2) years of experience as Social Media Manager, Paid Media Manager, Marketing Manager, or related role.
