Salary: $110,000 to $125,000 per year + Bonus

The Senior Marketing Manager serves as a strategic liaison between the Marketing and Communications department and internal business units across Accent Care's continuum of care. This role translates enterprise and service-line objectives into comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies that drive growth, referral generation, brand reputation, recruitment, and retention.

This position is primarily remote. While candidates may be located outside the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, those based in DFW are preferred to accommodate periodic in-person collaboration.

This individual will collaborate closely with individuals from across the organization, including business lines and corporate functions. The Senior Marketing Manager ensures marketing initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities, delivering strategic insight, operational excellence, and exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, account management, service-line marketing, or project leadership roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies in a matrixed environment.

As a Sr Marketing Manager, you will:

• Act as marketing advisor and point of contact for assigned service lines and executive stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into actionable, integrated marketing plans that support enterprise goals.
• Lead the intake and prioritization of marketing requests, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resource availability.
• Develop comprehensive creative briefs and project plans that clearly articulate objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
