About

The Role

We're seeking a strategic and creative Senior Demand Generation Manager to accelerate our pipeline growth and revenue generation. In this high‑impact role, you'll lead our demand generation engine while maintaining a strong hands‑on approach, architecting programs that convert target accounts into customers at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and data.

This is a position where you'll build and guide a team while actively driving execution. You'll have Performance Marketing and Events Marketing reporting to you, and across the organization leaders roll up their sleeves to deliver results. Your success will come from both doing exceptional work yourself and building systems that empower your team to operate with autonomy and high ownership.

You’ll thrive here if you’re energized by the dual challenge of strategic leadership and tactical execution. We’re looking for a leader who can set the vision, build the playbook, and jump into the trenches when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform go‑to‑market strategies into high‑performing demand generation initiatives that build awareness, drive engagement, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Design and implement account‑based marketing (ABM) programs targeting strategic accounts across core verticals, leveraging intent data and account intelligence.
  • Take an innovative marketing approach that breaks through the noise – we’re not interested in boring, status‑quo tactics.
  • Orchestrate integrated, multi‑touch campaigns across the full buyer journey, leveraging email, paid media, webinars, direct mail, field events, and emerging channels.
  • Create memorable experiences and events that educate, inspire, and build lasting connections with our target market.
  • Partner with content and product marketing to ensure message‑market fit, precise segmentation, and seamless campaign execution.
  • Build robust measurement frameworks to track campaign performance, attribution, and influence on revenue.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize programs based on data insights and market feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to ensure marketing‑sales alignment on target accounts, messaging, and handoff processes.
  • Partner with product teams to align demand generation with product launches and feature releases.
  • Own pipeline contribution targets and campaign ROI metrics, with clear accountability for business impact.
Required Experience
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years focused specifically on demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful ABM programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in complex B2B sales cycles and the ability to influence multi‑stakeholder buying committees.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in marketing attribution, pipeline analytics, and ROI measurement.
  • Excellence in both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution – you can set the vision and roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
Key Competencies
  • Systems thinker who can connect GTM strategy to tactical execution.
  • Data‑driven decision maker with strong business acumen.
  • Outstanding project management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Creative problem solver who challenges conventional approaches.
Benefits
  • Casual work environment. We’re located in the vibrant Dallas Oak Lawn neighborhood. Our team is in‑office Monday‑Friday.
  • Comprehensive benefits. We offer competitive health insurance plans, 401(k) with employer matching, and a suite of voluntary benefits.
  • Engaging culture. Monthly all‑hands meetings, fun events like Office Olympics, lunch‑and‑learns, happy hours, and more.
  • Grow with us. We’re growing rapidly, and there is a massive amount of work and opportunity ahead.
