As

The Marketing Manager, You Will
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and/or marketing projects
  • Develop plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Creating and managing content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and websites.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
  • Tracking, monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns
Skills For Success
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software (e.g., Hub Spot, Bitrix
    24)
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies

Experience To Deliver On Our Mission
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field such as promotions, sales, or advertising
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns
  • Healthcare/Home health experience a plus
