Position SummaryWe’re looking for a strategic, customer‑first product marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to shape the future of business connectivity. As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the full 360° marketing execution for the Network Security Portfolio and AT&T Dedicated Internet.
You’ll lead go‑to‑market strategy and execution from concept to launch, partnering across the organization to bring compelling customer stories to life. This role requires a strong mix of analytical thinking, creative storytelling, and cross‑functional leadership, with plenty of room to drive impact and grow as a marketing leader.
OverviewThe ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of and experience in of product marketing strategy and execution with an in‑depth understanding of current and emerging cybersecurity and network security technologies, enabling them to anticipate market trends and evolving business needs. They must also demonstrate expertise in how businesses evaluate, select, and invest in security solutions, ensuring marketing strategies resonate with decision‑makers throughout the technology buying journey.
The candidate should also possess an in‑depth knowledge of Enterprise internet technologies and solutions.
- Lead full 360° marketing execution and be our team’s expert for Network Security and AT&T Dedicated Internet, driving comprehensive marketing plans to drive product success
- Develop marketing briefs and marketing messaging that align business priorities with compelling customer value propositions
- Partner closely with tactic owners across the business (media, direct marketing, advertising, online, social, corporate communications, and more) to ensure seamless execution across all channels
- Partner closely with the Network Security and Internet product teams to ensure a strong understanding of AT&T solutions and tightly align with priorities and roadmap
- Build Go‑to‑Market (GTM) plans that deliver results—ensuring messaging, timing, and execution are aligned for maximum impact
- Manage account‑based marketing program
- Leverage data‑driven insights and customer research to inform positioning and optimize campaigns
- Champion the customer—ensuring every initiative puts the customer experience and value first
- Act as the connective tissue between product, marketing, and channel teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication at every stage
- Monitor performance, analyze results, monitor external market conditions, and continuously iterate to optimize product positioning
- Elevate the brand through innovative marketing tactics that differentiate our wireless offerings in a highly competitive space
- Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve marketing deliverables and present strategic insights to leadership
- Provide ongoing product management to achieve financial objectives, including revenue, sales volumes, and profitability
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
