About the job Marketing Assistant (Dallas)
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be instrumental in executing strategic marketing initiatives designed to strengthen our sales channels and accelerate business growth.
This is a hybrid position (3 days per week in the office) with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and track end-to-end marketing campaigns from ideation to performance analysis with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Partnership Development: Manage strategic relationships with key partners including Salesforce, SAP, Service Now, Microsoft, and Oracle.
- Social Media Strategy (Desirable): Collaborate on the development and execution of social media strategies aimed at driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, audience-focused content for blogs, landing pages, and web platforms.
- SEO & CRM: Develop and optimize email marketing and landing pages using SEO principles and A/B testing methodologies to maximize conversions.
- Marketing Budget Support (Desirable): Assist in the administration of quarterly and annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Collateral Development: Coordinate the production of marketing materials including brochures, banners, and case studies.
- Market Research & Insights: Analyze competitor performance and generate actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Communication Strategy: Evaluate user behavior and optimize communication channels (e.g., email campaigns) to enhance reach and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strategic relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support overall marketing impact.
Proven experience managing marketing tools and executing successful marketing strategies.
Track record of segmenting audiences and running multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience designing sales funnels and lead generation systems.
Background in B2B technology services and understanding of the tech industry.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing data and spreadsheets.
Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and measurement tools.
Proficiency in Hub Spot Marketing Hub or similar platforms.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
CRM certifications are a plus.
