We're seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to support marketing initiatives for a major home improvement retail channel. This role will manage product launches, merchandising programs, digital content, photography projects, retailer marketing materials, and large-scale events while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple marketing projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Coordinate product launches, including digital content, photography, merchandising materials, packaging, signage, and in-store graphics.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Creative, Graphics, and Studio teams to ensure accurate, on-time execution.
- Support development of marketing collateral, presentations, retailer-facing content, and digital campaigns.
- Review marketing materials for quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support project execution.
- Assist with planning and execution of a major annual retailer event and trade show.
- 3-4 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, Merchandising, Account Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as , Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar tools.
- Experience in retail, consumer products, home improvement, building products, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent follow-through.
- Ability to adapt quickly and keep projects moving forward in a dynamic environment.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
- Hybrid work schedule based in the Dallas area.
- Travel required for a major industry event during the contract period.
- Has to be okay with working during Holidays (flexible on majors).
$45.00 to $55.00 per hour
