Texas Instruments is seeking a Public Affairs Specialist to be responsible for providing support to the public relations function through researching, writing and editing press releases, internal communications, on-line communications and other related documents. In this role, you will also work with public relations agency to get favorable stories in the press as well as assist with the internal communication of the corporate message.

Minimum requirements:

Minimum education (ie bachelor's degree in electrical engineering)
Minimum of XX years of experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes

Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
