Role Description

Freightbrokersputanincredibleamountoftrustin Highwayandthattrustwillbeextendedtoyou.

Highwayislookingfora Senior Events Managertoworkdirectlyforthe SVP,Marketingtoleadtheeventlifecycleandexecutionofmarketingcampaignsthatdrivebrandawareness,lead generation,andcustomerengagement.

Bmarketing,socialmediastrategy,andeventsmanagement.

Youwillworkcross-functionallywithproduct,sales,customer experience,andcontentteamstodeliverimpactfulactivationsthatgeneratemeasurableresults.

Yourrole:

• WorkdirectlywiththeSVP,Marketingtostrategizeandexecuteoncustomer-facingandappreciationevents,trade shows,webinars,conferences,andemployeebasedeventsacrossadynamicorganization.
• Oversee Highway’sUserSummitthroughpre-planning,organization,toexecutionandROItracking.
• Planandmanagein-personandvirtualevents,including logistics,promotions,andspeakercoordination,comfortablyinterfacingwithinternalandexternalstakeholders.
• Securespeakingengagementsandpreparespeakerswithkeymessagingandbriefingmaterialstailoredtotherelevantaudienceandeventtype.
• Overseeeventcommunications,frompre-eventpromotiontopost-event follow-ups.
• Strategizeandcreateeventcontent,including presentations,discussion points,emails,socialmediaposts,andlandingpages.
• Leadwebinarstrategy,managing topics,speakers,andaudienceengagement.
• Analyzeeventperformance,trackrelevantKPIs,andprovideinsightsforcontinuousimprovement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’sDegreein
  
  Marketing,Business Administration,orrelatedfieldrequired.
• 5-7yearsofexperiencewithtradeshow,customerfacingevents,andwebinarmanagement.
• Strongorganizationalandprojectmanagementskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipleeventsandprojectssimultaneously.
• Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,highlyskilledinwritingandcreatinguniquecontentforcampaigns.
• Experience with Zoom Webinars ,Hub Spot,Salesforce,  highly preferred.
• Abilitytoproblem-solveontheflyandensureaseamlesseventexperiencepre,duringandpostevents.
• Self-motivatedandcollaborative,abletoworkindependentlyandautonomouslywhilecoordinatingwithcross-functional teams.
