Marketing Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Swift Payments, LLC, located in Dallas, TX.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified sales opportunities, support our sales partners, and drive merchant acquisition.

Responsibilities include managing digital marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, website content, lead-generation initiatives, sales collateral, brand messaging, and other marketing programs. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales and executive teams to develop campaigns that produce measurable business results.

We are looking for someone who combines creativity with analytics and understands that successful marketing must ultimately generate leads, customers, and revenue.

3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, fintech, financial services, or merchant services

Experience developing and executing lead-generation campaigns

Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and content strategy

Ability to develop compelling marketing and sales messaging

Experience managing websites, landing pages, marketing automation, or CRM campaigns

Ability to analyze campaign performance and marketing ROI

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working closely with sales organizations

Payment processing or merchant services experience is a strong plus
