We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media & Recruitment Marketing Manager to lead how Eisner Amper shows up online for two audiences: the C-suite decision-makers who hire our firm, and the professionals who want to build careers here. This role brings both channel portfolios under one integrated strategy, so our firm brand and employer brand tell a consistent story.

On the firm side, this individual, with the help of a robust marketing team, translates complex accounting, tax, advisory, and industry topics into approachable content for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and CTOs, and the professionals who influence their decisions. On the talent side, they shape how jobseekers, from early career candidates through experienced professionals, discover and experience Eisner Amper across our careers channels.

The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a hands-on practitioner. Leading two team members, they set direction, protect the brand, run one advocacy program for leaders and recruiters, and report clearly to both Marketing and Talent Acquisition leadership. They are comfortable balancing two sets of priorities and bringing tradeoffs forward early.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:

Social Media Strategy & Content Development Develop and execute an integrated social media strategy across corporate and careers channels.

Manage content planning and editorial calendars to ensure a cohesive brand presence.

Identify emerging trends, platforms, and content formats to increase engagement and reach.

Create compelling social-first content that strengthens brand visibility & personality as well as audience connection.

Brand Growth & Recruitment Marketing Support thought leadership, business development, and firm-wide marketing campaigns through organic and paid social initiatives.

Lead employer branding efforts across careers channels, showcasing culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities.

Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment marketing campaigns that attract high-quality talent.

Advocacy & Community Engagement Strengthen and manage employee, recruiter, and leadership advocacy programs.

Provide training, guidance, and content resources to help internal stakeholders strengthen their social presence.

Monitor social communities and engage audiences in a professional, authentic manner.

Analytics & Optimization Track and report established performance metrics as well as shedding light on opportunities across brand and talent channels.

Analyze campaign results and audience insights to continuously improve content, targeting, and engagement strategies.
