Organization: Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.

Status: Part Time Hourly

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

The Program Coordinator provides direct support for the Dallas County program and works closely with the Program Director. The role requires strong knowledge of day‑to‑day program operations, including contract compliance, service delivery, and client intake/referral processes.

• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of program operations and contract compliance.
• Oversee advocacy services related to client case management and community outreach.
• Assist in the operation and administration of the local program unit.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; commensurate experience in community‑based agency programs acceptable.
• At least one year of experience managing personnel and budgets.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with home and community‑based services is a plus.
• Non‑degree holders with 2–5 years of experience considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software required.
• Experience using an electronic health record system is a plus.
• Reliable insured transportation, current auto insurance coverage, and valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.
