Development Director

Join our small, mission‑driven nonprofit as the Development Director. This role leads fundraising, donor relations, grants, communications, and community outreach. • Lead annual fundraising plan, individual giving, grants, and sponsor ships.
• Manage donor cultivation, stewardship, and database tracking.
• Manage research, creation, and submission of grant proposals and reports.
• Oversee external communications, newsletters, social media, and branding.
• Represent the organization at community meetings and events.
• Support planning of fundraising and donor engagement events.

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field.
• 3–5+ years of nonprofit fundraising or development experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Successful track record with individual donors or grants.
• Ability to work independently in a small nonprofit environment.
• CRM/donor database experience preferred.

Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000. Benefits may include health insurance, PTO, retirement, and professional development.
