The client is seeking a new Chair for their Board, with a brief handover period from the current Chair to facilitate a smooth transition. They are looking for an individual with experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or donor stewardship to assist in strengthening the client's fundraising strategy and advancing its strategic grant-making approach. The role requires a commitment to attending four Board meetings per year, with occasional strategic input needed between meetings.
