Buckner is seeking a Major Gift Officer to join our development team in Houston. You will qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospects across Buckner ministries and programs in the assigned region.
Responsibilities include managing a donor portfolio, developing annual plans, supporting capital campaigns, and drafting proposals. A bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of Relationship-building experience are required; CFRE is preferred. Travel is involved.
