Reading Partners in Dallas seeks a Community Engagement Manager to lead a regional team of Ameri Corps Volunteers, drive volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and retention, and partner with schools and community organizations to expand tutoring programs.
You will strategize and manage a regional engagement plan, coordinate events, and ensure data-driven processes, reporting to the Regional Executive Director and National leaders. This role is full-time and mission-driven.
