DFW Campus Ministry Field Staff

Full-time | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to proclaiming the gospel to the next generation by equipping students to share their faith on school campuses and online. Through church partnerships and student leadership development, the ministry seeks to give every student the opportunity to hear the gospel before graduation.

DFW Campus Ministry Field Staff will lead ministry efforts throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area by building partnerships with churches, pastors, and community leaders while equipping students to share the gospel.

The role combines evangelism, student coaching, volunteer engagement, leadership development, and strategic ministry growth.

• Church Partnerships:
  Build relationships with youth pastors, church leaders, parents, educators, and community partners.
• Student Discipleship:
  Coach student leaders, equip them to share the gospel through the 5 Gospel Challenges, and lead campus and community outreach.
• Ministry Growth:
  Develop and lead a coalition of churches and volunteers committed to reaching students across the DFW area.
• Leadership Development:
  Recruit, train, and mentor students, volunteers, and ministry partners.
• Vision and Communication:
  Inspire others to join the mission of reaching the next generation with the gospel.

• Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting.
• Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
• Strong passion for evangelism, discipleship, and developing leaders.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, teachable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to God’s Word, prayer, and Christlike leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• Salary
  : $49,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• Staff participate in fundraising by inviting churches, family, friends, and other supporters to invest in the ministry.
• Decision Point provides training, coaching, and ongoing support throughout fundraising efforts.

• Full-time position (40+ hours per week).
• Significant local travel throughout the DFW area.
• Regular travel within Texas and to other ministry hubs.
• Occasional travel for mission trips, conferences, training, and organizational events.
