Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Position: Full-Time (40+ hours per week)

About Decision Point

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to reaching the next generation with the gospel. Through partnerships with churches, student leaders, and communities, we equip students to share their faith and reach their schools for Christ.

The Opportunity

Indianapolis Area Campus Ministry Staff will lead local ministry efforts by building church partnerships, coaching student leaders, mobilizing volunteers, and expanding student-led campus evangelism.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, parents, educators, and community leaders.

Recruit and equip volunteer coaches to support student evangelism.

Coach and disciple students in sharing the gospel and developing leadership skills.

Train students to reach their schools and communities through the 5 Gospel Challenges.

Develop partnerships and cast a vision for reaching students across the Indianapolis area.

Support ministry leaders, volunteers, and initiatives that advance Decision Point’s mission.

Qualifications

Passion for evangelism and reaching the next generation.

Experience in church or parachurch ministry leadership.

Ability to recruit, build, and lead teams.

Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Commitment to God’s Word, prayer, and Christlike character.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Support Raising

Salary: $49,000–$64,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

This role includes fundraising through churches, family, friends, and other ministry supporters. Decision Point provides training, coaching, and ongoing support throughout the process.

Additional Details

Significant local travel throughout the Indianapolis area.

Regular travel throughout the Midwest and to other ministry hubs.

Occasional travel for mission trips, ministry events, training, and conferences.
