Provide exceptional care across all life spans and families in a thriving primary care setting. Assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients while collaborating closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure comprehensive care and best outcomes.

• Diagnose and treat human diseases, injuries, and deformities, including symptom management, drug interactions, and preventive health‑care measures.
• Apply practices and procedures for diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating physical and mental dysfunctions.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Utilize critical thinking and complex problem‑solving skills.
• Employ computer software applications for patient documentation and planning.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, outcomes‑based patient treatment plans.
• Counsel patients on medical and psychological conditions, treatment plans, and behavior modification.
• Interpret and evaluate laboratory and other diagnostic tests.
• Maintain required licensure and certifications in Texas.
• Obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Hold a national Nurse Practitioner certification in the specialty area.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Certified Primary Care or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain one).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in clinical skills and patient education.
• Team‑oriented, compassionate approach to primary care.
