  • Collaborate with treating physicians/providers, on‑site return‑to‑work specialist, physical therapists, and employer representatives to create and implement individualized, work‑focused treatment and return‑to‑work plans.
  • Work with employers and physicians to evaluate job demands and modify job duties where practical to facilitate early, safe return to work, including on‑site follow‑up with employees in various airport work areas.
  • Evaluate and modify case and return‑to‑work goals based on injured/disabled person's improvement, treatment effectiveness, and job requirements in the airport environment.
  • Independently manage your on‑site caseload and daily schedule, including prioritizing cases, responding to injuries as they occur, and deciding how best to manage cases effectively while maintaining strong relationships with the employer.
  • Complete other duties such as attending injured worker appointments, preparing status updates for submittal to customers and employer partners, participating in on‑site meetings, and performing other occupational health and case management activities as assigned.
Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience:

2+ years clinical practice preferred; occupational health and/or workers’ compensation‑related experience strongly preferred; return‑to‑work coordination experience a plus.
