Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $84,849 – $127,274 / yr. (depending on experience)
Schedule: Mixed shifts (outside of standard business hours; flexibility required)

Are you a driven leader ready to take on a pivotal management role in critical care? We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to help lead a rapidly expanding Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) department at a state‑of‑the‑art specialty hospital.
About the Opportunity- Oversee a newly expanded CVICU—28 beds, high acuity cases, and ECMO staff
- Provide leadership for a team of around 40 staff (within an overall department of 73)
- Help shape a growing department and drive best practices during a period of high growth and innovation
- Collaborate daily with a team of clinical experts focused on advanced interventions and patient‑centered outcomes
- Plan, organize, delegate, direct, and evaluate services delivered by adult critical care/nursing personnel
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary leadership to improve patient care quality, efficiency, and safety
- Recommend and implement policies, procedures, and programs for continuous department advancement
- Maintain strong, effective communication, and foster a supportive team culture
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and uphold compliance with industry standards
- Energetic, self‑motivated, results‑driven leadership style
- Collaborative, organized, and skilled at influencing positive team dynamics
- Passion for innovation and process improvement
- 4 years of recent (within the last year) acute care CVICU/ICU leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (advanced degree preferred)
- Current RN license (Texas or compact)
- BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- CCRN and/or CNRN strongly preferred
