Nova Leap Home Health is excited to invite dependable and compassionate LVNs to join our team for PRN shifts and medication administration visits in the vibrant Dallas/Fort Worth area.

This role is tailored for nurses who crave flexibility in their schedule and wish to provide top-tier care in a supportive home setting while enhancing their income.

Position Overview

• Engage in medication administration visits, diabetic care and other home visits.
• Benefit from flexible scheduling tailored to your availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication administration as per orders.
• Monitor blood glucose levels and administer insulin as ordered
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient status changes to the relevant parties.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation at all times.

Requirements

• Hold an active LVN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• A minimum of 1-year nursing experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Embody a professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor.

Schedule

• On-call/as-needed basis with opportunities available both during weekdays and weekends.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
