Overture Home Care is seeking a dedicated RN to join our team and help provide exceptional care and support to seniors throughout the Dallas community. Our nurses play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for wherever they call home.

Overture Home Care serves seniors with a wide range of needs, with a focus on Alzheimer’s and dementia care, hospice support, and general geriatric care. As a full-time RN, you will work closely with our clients, families, caregivers, and care management team to help ensure each client receives high-quality, individualized care. • Performing basic nursing procedures, including, but not limited to administration of medications and fluids, and all other nursing procedures applicable to the area of assignment and/or type of patients to which assignment is accepted.
• Training caregiving staff on RN delegated care needed
• Assess the patient's needs, develop, and implement an effective individualized plan of care/plan of treatment.
• Observe, report and document any change in patient's condition, giving significant observations, nursing intervention and action following nursing procedure.
• Complete required reports and client assessments as directed.

• Must have a full, active license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of two years related work experience in a geriatric healthcare setting required.
• Flexibility as needed when it comes to assessments and scheduling trainings
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrates initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability and flexibility
• Clinical skills: documentation of care, medication administration, infection control precautions, assessing patient educational needs, physical assessment, obtaining vital signs, care coordination.

$43 - $47 / Hour
