Candidates must have 1 year CICU/CVICU staff nurse experience, 2 years PICU, and 3–4 contracts in a pediatric CICU, plus CHD post-op management. Required certifications: PALS, BLS, ACLS. Units include PICU, NICU, pediatric med/surg. Flexibility and teamwork are essential.
