As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse at Brentwood Place One, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. Located in Dallas, Texas, our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is dedicated to helping patients reach their goals and recover from surgery, injury, or illness.
About the Role:
As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, assess patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and provide medical treatments as needed.
You will also educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and prevention strategies.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote patient health and wellness.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care.
Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, and treatment administration.
Document patient information, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
