Neonatologist

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking dedicated neonatologists for its growing Dallas North practice in Texas. Clinicians will provide a full range of neonatal care, rotating through several Level II to Level IV NICUs and high-risk maternal hospitals. Practice Info

• Practice includes a diverse group of neonatologists, NNPs, PNPs, and newborn hospitalists who provide a full range of neonatal care and rotate through several Level II - Level IV NICUs.
• Opportunities to rotate through large high-risk maternal hospitals delivering the most medically fragile infants in the metroplex.
• Medical City Children's Hospital is the largest Level IV 108-bed NICU and a full-service children's hospital with a Level IV Maternal designation.
• An in-house Maternal Fetal Institute provides customized navigation of care, including specialized surgeries.
• Practice collaborates with an integrated family of pediatric sub-specialists across multiple specialties.

Responsibilities

• Work a combination of in-house shifts at the Level III - IV units and call shifts from home at the lower-level units with in-house neonatal nurse practitioners 24/7.
• Coordinate prenatal care with established area MFM groups.
