We're looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to support our nursing program and students.

• MSN degree, Education or Master of Science degree in Nursing
• 3+ years prior leadership/administration experience (in hospital/academics programs/education)
• 2+ years of effective teaching, service, and scholarly activities
• 3+ years of clinical experience or management skills with planning, assessment, and evaluation processes.
• Active/Clear RN License (Multistate Accepted)

You will:

• Lead your own program with continued support from the leadership team.
• Build and grow your own team.
• See the impact of your work right away with community partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the nursing program (faculty, students, outcomes)
• Support accreditation and compliance
• Hire, coach, and grow your faculty team
• Improve student success and NCLEX results
• Build strong clinical partnerships
• Help expand the program and future cohorts

Position:

• Full-time/40-hours per week with hybrid schedule
• Salary: $110-130k per year.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday | 8a-5p | Working in-person and remotely.
• Bonus:
  We accept mulitstate RN license and Relocation bonus.
