We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing for a pediatric patient in the home setting. This position offers the opportunity to provide individualized, family-centered care while building a meaningful relationship with one patient. We are currently looking to fill a patient's schedule in Dallas.

Sunday to Thursday 8: 30 PM to 8: 30 AM

Monday to Wednesday 11: 30 AM to 6: 30 PM

Thursday 11: 30 AM to 2: 30 PM

• Provide skilled nursing care according to physician orders and the individualized plan of care.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor for changes in condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor respiratory and neurological status.
• Observe, document, and respond appropriately to seizure activity.
• Implement physician-ordered treatments and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate and support family members regarding the patient's care plan.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant nursing documentation.
• Follow agency policies, infection control standards, and all safety protocols.

• Current Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation
