American Traveler is hiring a Neuro ICU RN for a night shift assignment requiring ICU experience and ACLS certification.

• Neuro ICU (NVICU) unit with 16 beds and 46 staff
• Patient ratio approximately 2:1
• Standard ICU equipment used
• EMR system is Meditech
• Night shift schedule from 7p-7a
• Required to work at least 4 weekends per schedule period
• Floating required to all ICUs, BMT, and PCU floors
• Common procedures include central line and A-line placement, intubation, and EVD placement

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required
• Meditech experience preferred
• Oncology or Neuro experience preferred
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90+ days within the past 12 months

• Core staff manage EVD patients
• Provide critical care nursing to neuro and oncology patient populations
• Looking for team players who are accountable and caring
• Scrub color required is royal blue
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• No local candidates will be considered
