Elara Caring in Dallas, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our home health team delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in the patient’s home. You’ll follow care plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with the RN Case Manager to adapt plans as needs change.
Required:
active LVN license, 1 year in a clinical setting, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable transportation for travel between patient homes. Hospice or home health experience is preferred.
