An Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse is sought for a position at a healthcare facility in Dallas, Texas. This role involves providing specialized care for critically ill patients, including those requiring ventilator support, titrating drips, and managing complex medical devices. The position offers an opportunity to work within a dedicated oncology ICU environment.

• Required Qualifications:
  
  Valid certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); no minimum years of experience required; educational background suitable for ICU nursing; licensed or eligible to work in Texas.
• Additional Information:
  The ICU unit includes 10 beds with a staff of 4, with patient ratios of 2:1. The unit features equipment such as ventilators, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), arterial lines, Bipap machines, Flow-track, and IV pumps. Care involves total patient management, including turning, titrating drips, dressing changes, and trach care. The ideal candidate demonstrates compassion, works well with others, and maintains good rapport with physicians.
• Float:
  Float rotation may be required.
