• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals within the designated shift
• Assess and prioritize patient care needs, developing and implementing effective care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and supervise daily operations, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting staff engagement and job satisfaction

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas
• Ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
