Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN/LVN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Brentwood Place Four in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based care protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care
Requirements
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas
