American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position at a Level I trauma and teaching facility, requiring TNCC, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.

• Emergency Department setting within a Level I trauma and teaching facility
• 38-bed unit treating approximately 200 patients per day
• All ages and diagnoses treated
• 4:1 patient ratio
• Night shift schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7p-7a
• Weekends and holidays required as needed

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Required certifications upon start: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
• CPI certification required within 30 days of start (paid for onsite by facility)
• Level I trauma and teaching facility experience preferred
• Valid, unexpired driver's license required for consideration

• Provide emergency care to patients of all ages and diagnoses in a high-volume Level I trauma center
• Local candidates accepted with no radius restriction for nursing positions
