Telehealth Apply for this role## About Nova Nova is a telehealth company offering personalized treatment for weight management, hormone therapy, sexual health, hair loss and energy. Patients complete an online assessment, meet with a licensed provider, and receive prescribed treatment shipped from licensed pharmacy partners. Clinical care is delivered by Nova Cure Medical PLLC, Nova’s affiliated medical practice, which engages its providers as independent contractors.

We give providers clear clinical protocols and a platform built to keep administrative work out of the way.## The role

We’re looking for Nurse Practitioners who pair sound clinical judgment with a warm, clear bedside manner, write well, and are comfortable working fully online. This is an independent 1099 contract role: you choose your availability.## What you’ll do
* Conduct asynchronous and video consultations in line with each state’s telehealth regulations.
* Review patient intake, medical history and labs; diagnose, prescribe and recommend lifestyle changes within Nova’s clinical protocols.
* Manage ongoing care such as GLP-1 dose titration, side-effect check-ins and hormone therapy follow-ups.
* Answer patient questions through secure messaging and document every encounter in Nova’s platform.
* Escalate cases that need in-person care or physician review.## What you’ll bring
* Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AG-ACNP, ACNPC-AG etc.)
* An active, unrestricted NP license in at least one US state. We are building coverage nationwide, so every state is valuable, and providers licensed in multiple states, or in Independent Practice states, are especially in demand.
* Prescriptive authority in each licensed state, and an active DEA registration where required.
* Telehealth experience preferred; experience in obesity medicine, endocrinology or hormone therapy is a plus.
* Your own professional liability (malpractice) insurance that covers telehealth, in place before your first visit.
* No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing
* Caring, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care
* Strong written communication and comfort with EMRs and online tools.## Compensation and contract

You are paid for every assessment you complete, so your earnings scale with the time you choose to put in. We are launching in new states now, so early volume will be modest and will grow with patient demand. This role is a good fit for providers who want flexible, supplemental telehealth work alongside an existing practice, and who want to help shape the clinical protocols of an early-stage company.

We share the per-assessment rate and our current volume outlook during screening.

The figures above are a reasonable estimate for US-based providers. Actual pay depends on factors such as visit type (asynchronous or video), state of licensure, case complexity, and any additional services you are credentialed to provide. We will walk through the specifics with you during screening.
