Licensed Practical Nurse

Keystone Ridge, a healthcare provider in Dallas, TX, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for a  position. The salary range is $65,000 - $84,581. You will provide essential patient care in our hospital setting.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will assist doctors and nurses with patient care, monitor vital signs, and provide basic medical procedures. You will also educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatments.

The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $84,581 per year, with the exact amount dependent on factors such as experience, location, and performance. • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the nursing and medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on their health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Participate in in-service training and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Texas.
• One year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
