Registered Nurse (RN) Wound Care/Hyperbaric Outpatient Clinic

Work hoursFull Time Days M-F 8a - 4:30p

- Magnet designated facility.
- Will work at the Southwest Ft. Worth
- Associate degree or Nursing Diploma required.
- BSN preferred.
- One-year experience as a registered nurse.
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire.
- Current BLS prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
- Experience in outpatient wound care setting (preferred) and/or inpatient wound care
- CHRN
- Certified Hyperbaric Registered Nurse 12 Months Pref Or - CWCN
- Certified Wound Care Nurse 12 Months Pref Or - CWON
- Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse 12 Months Pref Or - CWOCN
- Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse 12 Months Pref
- Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process.
- R esponsible for delivery of wound care in an outpatient setting.
- Work with other team members to resolve patient issues.
- Ensure communication with other care providers is timely, accurate, and complete.
- Patient/family teaching and discharge instructions, referrals and supply needs.
- Utilizes evidence-based practice to a dminister wound care services.
